Every business I started began well and ended badly.
It took me time to see the pattern. Early success fed my ego, and my ego made my decisions. It convinced me I was right, left little room for other views, and discouraged the people around me from offering their ideas.
That changed how I see people and decisions. I know from experience what happens when the person running a business does not look at themselves first.
Today I coach people who are starting a business, running one, or wanting to grow one. I coach the person making the decisions: how they think, how they respond under pressure, and how they see themselves.
I do not offer ready-made answers. I listen closely, ask questions that make you reconsider your assumptions, and challenge you when it helps.
When you change how you see things, your business has the potential to change with it. I can help with that if you are willing to look at yourself, because that is where it starts.
